Registration Fee

Registration fee (by 10 August 2017): HK$2,500.

Registration fee includes (1) Symposium Materials, (2) All Sessions, (3) Refreshments and Lunches.

The deadline for registration and payment is 23:59 of 10 August 2017, Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+8). Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date.

No refund may be processed after payment settlement.
Registration Procedure
Register by email or fax: download the online registration form (Word version)/(PDF version) with your signature then email to regsympo2017@ust.hk or fax to (852) 2358-2421. You may pay the registration fee by credit card or by wire/bank transfer (TT).
Badge
Participant's badge will be the permit to all paper sessions, meals, and refreshment breaks. If you lose your badge during the symposium, please approach us at the registration counter.
Invitation Letter
If you need an invitation letter for obtaining a visa to attend the symposium, please follow the steps below:
- Please email the request with subject “Request for invitation letter for Symposium 2017 HKUST” to sympo2017@ust.hk along with your title, name, and affiliation.
- Registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 1 month prior to the symposium for visa application.
